ABOUT YOU

• Must be committed to to the 6-week program

• Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.

• Must be committed to making change. If you keep doing what your doing now, you'll keep getting what your getting.

• Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!

• You don’t have to be in great shape to start, but those that can follow the program will be transformed. 
ABOUT THE PROGRAM

• Classes are 1 hour long and meet three times per week

• Your first two weeks are 1 on 1 privates with your coach

• The next 6 weeks are small personalized group sessions.*

• Optional extra work with your coach on movement, nutritional habits, lifestyle issues (sleep, stress, etc.) all of which could be standing between you and your fitness goals.

*We limit the group size to ensure the highest quality instruction.

Melissa: 
Melissa started with CrossFit MASS in September of 2016 and lost 60 pound within the first year.

She had “done the gym thing” in the past but never enjoyed it.

Mark:
Mark started working with us in September 2017. In that time he's lost 38 pounds and reduced his body fat by more than 8 percent.

More importantly, he's made serious progress with some other health factors. His resting heart rate has come down 14 bpm, A1C dropped a full point, and he has also been able to reduce the number of medications he takes for his diabetes, and related symptoms from 4 to 1.

Also as you can see in the pictures, his posture has changed significantly.

You might think that we had to increase the amount of work Mark was doing to make these changes when in fact the opposite is true.

After our initial consult which included questions about lifestyle sleep and nutrition we reduced Marks workout schedule from 11 times a week to 3 and added in some brisk walks on his off days. Mark was already working his tail off and actually moving backward. By continuously revisiting the assessment we can align Mark activity with his goals and continue to progress.
